turn around

i have been struggling from being overweight since i can remember. truth be told, it is also my fault since i dont feed myself with the right food and i binge on fast food, processed food and instant food since college. among my favorites are burger, spaghetti, fries, fried chicken and pork, instant noodles, ramen, chocolates and etc.

as we all know, mostly the foods that really taste good are the ones who are unhealthy. reality is just hard.

just today, i was scanning through youtube and came across a video about fasting. im quite skeptical about it but its worth a try though. i have noticed i cannot walk for so long without feeling pain in my legs and i knew i have to do something about it. i have been wanting to lose weight for a long time but i just dont have the drive to do so. but now, i think i really need to take this seriously.

today i will be starting my weight loss journey

current weight : 180 lbs

i will be applying intermittent fasting, and would go for 30 hours without food, and alternate my meal days and track my food intake as well. so if you have no idea what intermittent fasting is, here is a link you can check: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermittent_fasting

although i considered to do water fasting as well for a couple of days but lets just try this one out.
